Here at Celinda’s we can proudly say we are not your usual retreat center. Instead of ceremonies packed with other guests, you’ll be experiencing an intimate setting living with Celinda’s family in the indigenous community of San Francisco. Each guest is treated as family and is given special one on one attention.
We go beyond a simple Ayahuasca retreat by also providing a specialized Master Plant dieta. Partaking in a dieta opens you up to experience the true healing of the Shipibo tradition. Each ceremony is kept to five people or less allowing Celinda to provide direct and personal care to each and every guest.

Our head Maestra comes from a long lineage of healers going back several generations. Both her father and grandfather were respected maestros and introduced her to the path at a young age. She first drank Ayahuasca when she was 10 years old and has been working with the medicine for over 35 years.
She has completed several prolonged dietas in complete isolation in the jungle. With her longest series lasting one and a half years. She stresses the importance of properly connecting with the plants, and believes long dietas fosters a stronger connection with them. Her calling on this path has been to heal, guide, and train all those in need.
After formally becoming a Maestro she periodically enters dietas to reinforce her connections and to reach out to new plants. She’s developed strong bonds with Marosa, Renaco, Chiric Sanango, and several others. She’s been working as a Curandero for the past 10 years, and has helped cure people from emotional, physical, and spiritual ailments.

Additionally, we are completely run by Celinda and her family. We are not beholden to any outside owners, and we don’t have any additional staff. This let’s us provide our services at one of the most affordable rates you can find online.
