Spread across the length of the Ucayali River - a named part along the mainstream of the Amazon river, you find the Shipibo-Konibo People.

An indigenous Tribe that has been living in communion and harmony with the Rainforest for millennia. Known for their Intricate designs, pottery, beadwork and Arts - reflected by their incredibly sophisticated and rich Cosmovision being rooted in the intelligence of the rainforest, all its plants, animals and how they inter-connect.

The Shipibo´s have perfected a method and over vast spans of time dedicated to understand how they can connect with these forced in order to be of help to their Village, its Inhabitants, Nature and Creation itself. Like every other society - each person in the community plays a significant role. The Doctor (Onanya) Being one of them.

The Doctors carry the role of the Western term "Shaman" - even though they don't go under that name in these parts. Onanya (Carrier of knowledge) were the ones being called to the path healing - often initiated through family-linages at a very young age.

They would venture into isolation (Plant-Dieta) to form relationship and alliances with the plant world in order to be able to transmute their powers and gifts - helping the ones in physical, psychological or even fatal crisis.

After the globalization they carry on the torch of being in service to their own alongside helping people from all parts of the world that's in need of deep-healing or learning.

The family you will be working with comes from one of these Linages.

Maestra Celinda Flores Rengifo


Celinda, the Mother of the family and Head-Maestra grew up in the village of San-Fransisco when there were only six houses in the Village. Both her Father and Grandfather was well-respected and known healers throughout the Shipibo-Community aswell as her Grandmother reaching the Title “Meraya” - The achievement and title within the tradition.

Celinda started working with the medicine at the age of 10 years old and have completed several prolonged Master-Plant Dietas with her longest series lasting over 1,5 year in continuation.

She emphasizes the importance of creating proper connection with the plants and states that long-term Dietas fosters the way to properly connect with the intelligence of the plants.

Her calling to this path has been to heal, guide and train those in need and have created strong bonds Marosa, Chiric Sanango, Renaco and several other Master-Plants.

Favorite Master-Plant: Chiric Sanango

Following his Mother’s footsteps you have Fredy, the Son of the Family.

Fredy himself drank the medicine from a very young age but it was first later on that he decided to embark on the journey of being in service of others. He’s been having several prolonged Dietas and have had the title of “Maestro” for almost a decade.

Under the guidance and apprenticeship of his Mother, he has grown to become a powerful and knowledgeable Maestro himself - carrying down the Tradition and Lineage for the coming generations to come.

Favorite Master-Plant: Marosa

The Facilitators are here to accompany you - to hold a safe, grounded, and compassionate container while you engage directly with the medicine and with your own inner world.

Its important to know that they are not here to stand above you, diagnose you, or speak for the plants.

Our responsibility is to:

  • Protect the integrity of the dieta

  • Maintain safety in the physical, emotional, and energetic space

  • Offer more clarity, reflection, and support before and after ceremonies

  • Uphold Shipibo-Konibo values with respect and humility for the tradition and family

  • Help you integrate what the plants show you—at your own pace, in your own language





We believe that real healing arises from the relationship between you and the plants, guided by the Shipibo tradition of icaros, nature, silence, and deep listening. Our role is simply to make that journey safe, supported, and clear

Growing up exploring the ruins of Egypt with his father, Andreas's interest with Ancient Traditions sparked from a very young age.

He's been working with Plant-medicine for over 13 years and spent most of the time mapping out the terrain through the lens of the Jungian Psychoanalaysis before ending up with the Shipibo-People.

He describes the Shipibo-Konibo Tradition as “One of the biggest treasures in human history” and has devoted himself fully to the practice, study and preservation of its science, culture and language.
